BA Degree in Management or related field

Work Expirence: 4 + years (Related work experience)

· experience in baseline assessments, monitoring, permitting, and working collaboratively with organs to complete projects successfully;

· Analyzes relevant consumer research and understand Brand consumer needs, habits and practices. Fully understand market changes and consumer purchase data; Develops Brand building ideas;

· excellent reporting, writing, communication and leadership qualities;

· strong project management, problem solving ability and prioritization qualities;

· supervision experience and aptitude for employees under her/his supervision;

· Monitors agency performance and helps build strong agency relations resulting in faster and higher quality results;

Co-operates with Sales Department on alignment of sales promotions, distribution objectives, etc.
