About the job

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team at a prestigious International School. The ideal candidate will have experience in various HR functions and be comfortable working with international staff. This is a permanent position with an attractive compensation package.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • BA degree in HR/Management or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in HR functions.
  • Demonstrable experience with database, Excel, and HR software.
  • Experience working and communicating with international staff.
  • Strong report writing skills.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage logistics for new staff arrivals, onboarding, and exit processes.
  • Handle national hire registration and updates with relevant agencies.
  • Respond to initial recruitment inquiries on Trackstar/Recruiterbox promptly.
  • Facilitate paperwork for volunteer international staff.
  • Process daily staff HR queries online and in-person.
  • Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding of national hires and volunteers.
  • Report employee issues and concerns to HR manager/team.
  • Manage professional development/scholarship expense claims and budget records.
  • Maintain all HR files in hard/soft copy and the database.
  • Collaborate with HR manager/team to organize learning and development opportunities.
  • Process and document leaves and care days in conjunction with supervisors.
  • Update staff job descriptions as required and perform related tasks

Compensation:
