Job Summary

The Group HR & Admin Director is responsible for developing and implementation of HR strategy and enhances the revenue and growth of the Group by leading an integrated talent management practice and provision of human resources-related services as well as successful delivery of facility services. The GHR director functionally is also responsible to turn talent management into an instrument of business transformation that advances strategy, develops agile leaders, and combines in culture. Acting as the HR director of the group, the GHR director tries to transform traditional HR practices into powerful competitive advantages creating a new way of working in a world of continuous change.

Main Responsibilities

• Develops HR Management strategy which is aligned with the Group’s enterprise-wide strategy and oversees its implementation;

• Defines appropriate talent, organizational, and leadership development interventions and trainings to support the execution of the Group’s strategy;

• Develops, implements, and monitors the function’s budgets through allocating resources for the effective implementation of HR strategies and running of the facility services;

• Leads the development of guidelines, policies, and procedures for human resources management and facility services;

• Coordinates and drive HR business planning and goal setting, both long-term planning and annual operational plans;

• Identifies human resources requirements of the function and develops a plan for meeting same;

• Develops a mindful culture to embrace change and drive high performance in a multi-generational employee population;

• Transforms HR processes by leveraging both the new art and the new science available today, including the HR best practices, as well as technology to drive better decision-making to support real learning;

• Cultivates a compelling employer brand from the inside out and the outside in with a strong marketing orientation, aligning all aspects of the organization around a strong purpose to drive engagement;

• Leads innovations in talent management, succession planning, career management, sourcing, work force planning, retention strategy, reward structure, etc. and driving opportunity for all, while attending to the impact and working in a fast-paced environment of change;

• Reviews each department’s strategy and understand key strategies, objectives, key initiatives, value drivers, and improvement lever;

• Ensure that rational systems and practical procedures are laid down for assessing staff performance; develop a competency-based integrated system for managing employee performance;

• Designs and implements the policies and procedures to improve the corporate vehicles management, transportation, and asset management service;

• Ensures alignment of organizational and functional structure with strategic and operational requirements;

• Oversees the overall quality of services including administrative, health, vehicle, canteen, etc.;

• Ensures all services and functions comply with federal, regional, and local regulations;

• Organizes and compiles monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual HR report and submit same to the DGCEO/concerned organ; and • Performs other related tasks as assigned by the DGCEO.

• Practical and business-relevant knowledge of the full range of Organizational Development and HR products, HR services, delivery models, and metrics to accelerate performance.

• Ability to work in a complex organization in a manner that has provided the opportunity to deal with a variety of operating and organizational models.

 

Qualification and Experience

 

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, MBA or related fields; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related fields.

• A minimum of twelve (12) years of professional experience with a Master’s degree, or fourteen (14) years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree.

• At least six (6) years of managerial experience in similar roles for Master’s degree holders, or seven (7) years of managerial experience for Bachelor’s degree holders.
