JOB PURPOSE

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world. The main objective of this role is to manage end-to-end material requirement planning process by ensuring continuous supply of all raw and packing materials to avoid any out-of-stock situation. In addition, the incumbent is also responsible for inventory and business waste management for the assigned category.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be

  • Support on material requirement planning of raw and packaging materials.
  • Ensure availability of all RMPMs across category at the right quantity and time as per stock holding policy.
  • Ensure RMPM forecast, and purchase order is shared on time to suppliers.
  • Drive on time material delivery for innovation and participate on project team meetings.
  • On time Purchase Order Creation, tracking and closing.
  • Maintain effective lines of communications with suppliers to ensure performance is at optimal level.
  • Support on production planning and scheduling across categories.
  • Tracking of production plan Vs actual to drive performance.
  • On time sharing and closure of production orders to meet demand forecast.
  • Maintain optimal safety stock of finished goods to meet market demand.
  • Manage Working capital and inventory targets to agreed management levels.
  • Closely monitor high risk materials and ensure mitigation plan is in place
  • Monitor stock optimization to meet agreed stock levels.
  • Identify obsolete material risk ahead of time and initiate necessary action to avoid business waste.

What You Need To Succeed

Experiences & Qualifications

Essential

  • University degree.
  • 1-2 Years in Supply Chain operations.
  • Experience in FMCG Supply Chain (Planning, Customer Service, Logistics).
  • Experience on SAP ERP, APO.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and 3PLs.
  • Proficient in MS office application (excel, word, power point, outlook).
  • Exposure to purchase to payment cycle.
