Job Description

The Creative Director is responsible for leading and managing the creative team, overseeing the development and execution of innovative and engaging design concepts, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative work across various platforms. This strategic leadership role requires a combination of artistic vision, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of design principles and industry trends.

  • Provide creative direction and guidance to the creative team, ensuring the development of compelling design concepts and solutions that align with project objectives and client requirements.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine creative strategies, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing feedback, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and ensure the delivery of exceptional creative work.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, and integrate them into the creative process to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product, and sales teams, to understand project requirements, provide creative insights, and ensure the successful execution of design projects.
  • Review and approve creative concepts, designs, and final deliverables, ensuring they meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project objectives.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient workflow management, timely delivery, and effective utilization of creative resources.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external creative partners, agencies, freelancers, and vendors, as needed, to support the execution of design projects.
  •  Conduct regular performance evaluations for the creative team, providing constructive feedback, recognizing achievements, and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Requirement

  • BA in in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, Management and other relevant filed
  • Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or design-focused organization.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design disciplines, including graphic design, branding, digital media, and multimedia content creation.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
