Job Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and building strong relationships with our
clients, overseeing advertising campaigns, and driving business growth. You will serve as the main point of
contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional
results. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in client servicing, excellent communication skills, and a
deep understanding of the advertising industry.

Key Responsibility

❖Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their
primary point of contact. Understand their business goals, marketing objectives, and challenges to provide
strategic guidance and exceptional client service.
❖ Campaign management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are
delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with clients’ objectives. Coordinate with internal teams,
including creative, media, and production, to ensure seamless campaign implementation.
❖ Account growth and business development: Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts by
proactively proposing new advertising initiatives and upselling additional services. Collaborate with the
business development team to pursue new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth.
❖ Strategy and planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive advertising strategies and
marketing plans. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide strategic recommendations
to drive campaign effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
❖ Budget management: Manage client budgets, track expenses, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations to optimize budget allocation for
maximum ROI.
❖ Creative collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop impactful and innovative advertising
concepts that align with clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives. Provide feedback and guidance
to ensure creative deliverables meet client expectations. Managing and solving problems occurring within
the department.
Following Payment
• Coordinating and facilitating the payment of service with the Finance team.

Report
• Developing and communicating timely report to General Manager
Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with business development team to pursue new business opportunities

Requirement
• BA in Marketing, Management and other relevant filed
• At least 2-3 years of experience of working as Account Executive, Sales, Marketing and related
position.
• Experience working in Business to Business, Preferable
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
