The position is structured to report to the Country Lead: Talent and Development
Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drives the implementation of the development infrastructure, in anticipation of need, including career paths, capability frameworks, competency definition, curricula design, critical learning interventions and systems.
  • Develops and manages relationships with external partners in country, such as educational institutions.
  • Supports the alignment of Learning and Development processes, practices, frameworks and tools, as appropriate.
  • Implements and reviews effective Learning and Development metrics, to drive and support business performance.
  • Provides regular feedback of training material quality, effectiveness and data integrity
  • Supports the on-the-ground implementation, entrenchment and monitoring of CAP processes, guides, progress and gaps.
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of learning methodologies, including ROI on interventions in country.
  • Provides Learning and Development support in line with business needs.

Skills, Experience & Education

  • First Degree in Human Resources, Management or related field of studies with at least 5 years relevant work experience in Human Resource Management
