Creating marketing campaigns and working with marketing cooperatives and other external public agencies Prepare monthly work and annual work plans and reports, quarterly progress reports, as well as technical reports related to the area of project implementation. In collaboration with government stakeholders, marketing cooperatives develop and plan marketing strategy Coordinate and participate in new innovative ways of communication between buyers and marketing Cooperatives to create a smooth and effective partnership Collaborate with colleagues and the technical team of the project on the marketing and production development to improve the overall market base, demand, and customer satisfaction Track or research business organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relations with the cooperatives, their leadership and the communities which they work. Organize regular meetings with the government staff and other stakeholders involved in the project, for coordination, planning and monitoring of project implementation Support the periodic review and conduct of Annual General Meetings, elections and other processes aimed at ensuring the good governance of cooperatives and other organizations. Identify organizations able to support income generation via the cooperatives. This may include micro finance institutions, banks, export businesses, processing specialists, etc. Prepare monthly work and annual work-plans and reports, and quarterly progress reports, as well as technical reports related to the area of cooperative implementation.
Coordinating the preparation of data reports, analyzing data, and identifying problems to give the solution for the project Developing and plan on to bring efficiency and effectiveness to the project schedule and work approach. Keeping stakeholders updated on the project development and following up on project schedules and deadlines Providing assistance in the preparation of monthly management reports, worksheets, and narratives, including Budget and Actual variance reports. Preparing and recording assets, liabilities, revenue, and expenses entirely by compiling and analyzing account information.
Administer the School's human resources, property, and whole administration processes. Supervised more than 20 employees and work with them in maintaining high customer service standards. Maintaining the workflow of the school by studying methods, implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures to gain the University's Success Preparing and modifying document related to the job such as memos, notifications, letter, drafts and emails Coordinating employees, identifying problems to give the solution for administrative problem of the school. Providing information, some educational opportunities, and experiential of opportunities to develop the administrative staffs etc.
Responsible for recruiting and hiring employees Write grant proposals, and contribute to the development of organizational goals. Supervised employees in maintaining high customer service standards. Assist the manager of the capacity building office with training and technical know-how. Prepared and give training for employees on the management tools like Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Balanced Score Card (BSC), and Activity Based Management (ABM).
