Managed new hire trainings and onboarding to educated employees on company policies and procedures. Scheduled and coordinated meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors. Strengthened documentation traceability, developing organizational systems for contracts, records, reports and agendas. Produced and distributed memos, newsletters and other forms of communication. prepare,follow up and manages PR/PO as per invoices for local and imported items. handle and work with expatriate employees residence & work permits,Visa and other immigration issues as needed. reserving hotel rooms and other liaison duties.
