The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Ethiopian real estate market, property evaluation, and asset management. This high-level position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to make data-driven decisions for our client&#8217;s real estate portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Ethiopian real estate market, identifying trends and potential investment opportunities.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate properties based on financial performance, location, and potential for growth to determine their viability for acquisition or disposition within the Ethiopian market.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with Ethiopian property owners, brokers, and other industry professionals to facilitate transactions and<\/li>\n<li>stay informed on market developments.<\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and manage the acquisition and disposition of properties in Ethiopia, ensuring optimal financial outcomes for our client.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the management of our client&#8217;s real estate portfolio in Ethiopia, including budgeting, leasing, and property management activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as finance and legal departments, to ensure proper documentation and compliance with Ethiopian regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and assess the performance of our client&#8217;s real estate investments in Ethiopia, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in Ethiopian real estate and asset management, incorporating new insights into our client&#8217;s strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Identify, acquire, and manage non-lucrative properties to increase our return on interest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate investment, asset management, or a similar role, preferably within the Ethiopian market.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian real estate market analysis, property valuation, and investment strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex financial data and make informed decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong sense of initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management platforms.<\/li>\n<li>Real estate license and\/or relevant professional certifications within Ethiopia are preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To Apply:<\/p>\n<p>lease submit your resume, cover letter, and any relevant supporting documentation to demonstrate your experience and qualifications for the Real Estate Resource Manager role within the Ethiopian market to apply@yes.et.
