On behalf of our esteemed client, we are seeking a top-notch Social Media Engagement Manager to join a dynamic team in managing our client’s brand presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.<\/p>\n
As a Social Media Engagement Manager, you will take the lead in engaging with audiences, building positive relationships, and crafting a captivating brand image across all platforms. Your role will involve creating content for social media captions and blog posts in Amharic, according to the social media plan and calendar.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Act as the primary contact person for our client’s social media accounts on Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram \u25cf Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media promptly and professionally<\/p>\n \u25cf Monitor all social media platforms to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for audience engagement<\/p>\n \u25cf Collaborate with the marketing team to provide customer insights during campaign development and recommend improvements \u25cf Develop engaging content for social media captions, blog posts, and other written materials in Amharic, following the content calendar<\/p>\n \u25cf Keep abreast of social media trends and best practices for each platform<\/p>\n \u25cf Oversee our client’s online reputation, address negative comments or reviews appropriately, and remove them if necessary<\/p>\n \u25cf Deliver weekly reports on social media comments and DMs to the marketing team Requirements:<\/p>\n \u25cf Proven experience as a social media contact person or in a similar role<\/p>\n \u25cf Exceptional communication and customer service skills<\/p>\n \u25cf Familiarity with social media platforms and their features, particularly Facebook, Telegram, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram<\/p>\n \u25cf Ability to manage and engage on multiple social media accounts<\/p>\n \u25cf Attention to detail and consistency in maintaining a brand image<\/p>\n \u25cf Creativity in generating new ideas for engaging content<\/p>\n \u25cf Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field preferred<\/p>\n \u25cf Proficiency in Amharic and excellent content development skills for social media captions and blogs<\/p>\n \u25cf Excellent command of English Interested applicants are encouraged to apply by sending their CVs to apply@yes.et with the subject title “Social Media Engagement Manager” before April 25, 2023.<\/p>\n About YES | YOUR EMPLOYMENT SOLUTIONS YES | Your Employment Solutions is a distinguished provider of full-cycle recruitment services and executive search support.
