\no Prepare and submit regular and comprehensive weekly reports to the appropriate
\nauthorities on truck execution and vehicle movements and problems<\/p>\n
\nefficient transportation rates and ensures execution of all required business<\/p>\n
\no Transporters Contract negotiations and compliance
\no Continuously monitoring the progress of transporting goods and keep records of
\ngoods transferred and received
\no May be required to work non-traditional hours (e.g., after hours calls or weekend
\non-call)
\no Ensures all payables related to assigned trucks are processed promptly. This
\ninvolves verifying the incoming invoice with the information at hand, proper
\napplication of units to contracts, and timely settlements.
\no Other related activities assigned by Procurement and Logistics Manager<\/p>\n
\no track fuel consumption, check vehicles and drivers when there are cases of fuel
\noveruse and monitor driver behaviour. manage fuel fare more effectively.
\no Manage budgets implementing cost control measures related to maintenance
\noperations budget
\no Plans, schedules, and direct & tracks vehicle maintenance, fuel costs and provides
\nperiodic reports to senior management
\no communication and follow up with Lease service provider
\no Maintains accurate records of vehicles
\no Weekly reporting to appropriate authorities to include Cost savings analysis, fuel
\nexceptions, maintenance exceptions
\no Oversight of vendor invoices for payment
\no coordinate vehicle titles, registrations, license plates, gas cards, insurance and
\nLeasePlan and drivers
\no oversee and analyse operations with the aim of improving processes and
\nultimately increasing the overall efficiency of the fleet.<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Performing other related tasks as per logistics manager direction.<\/p>\n

\nExperience:<\/strong> At least 5 year relevant work experience<\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Fleet service vendor Management
\n\u2022 Considerable knowledge of fleet Management
\n\u2022 Considerable knowledge of relevant Soufflet\/ET\u2019s policy and procedures in relation to
\ntransport and fleet management
\n\u2022 Considerable knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques
\n\u2022 Excellent knowledge of quality control concepts
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of and experience in Vehicle Maintenance Management
\n\u2022 Ability to organize and direct a variety of activities
\n\u2022 Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving
\n\u2022 Ability to work effectively in team management
\n\u2022 Strong issue resolution skill<\/p>\n
