We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented research analyst to join YES | Your Employment Solutions. The successful
\ncandidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to support our organizational
\nactivities.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Conduct research on local and intensively HR best practices, labor market trends, and industry benchmarks Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n \u25cf Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related field Company Overview:<\/strong>
\n\u25cf Assisting with the design and implementation of research studies and projects
\n\u25cf Analyze data and create reports to identify key insights and trends
\n\u25cf Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR strategies and programs
\n\u25cf Assist in the development and delivery of YES’ training materials and presentations
\n\u25cf Assist in the management of client projects, including project planning and tracking
\n\u25cf Contribute to the continuous improvement of YES’ research and development processes<\/p>\n
\n\u25cf 2 years of research and analytics experience
\n\u25cf Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n\u25cf Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, project management applications
\n\u25cf Statistical Software (SPSS, SAS or R)
\n\u25cf Data visualization software
\n\u25cf Self driven; ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n\u25cf Previous experience in HR, consulting, or research is a plus<\/p>\n
