Updates ILMS as item data or location changes for all Non-Expendable, Heritage, Representational and Capital assets.<\/li>\n<li>Schedules and reconciles residential inventories throughout the year;<\/li>\n<li>Perform annual inventory at three Official Residences;<\/li>\n<li>Assists with the annual inventory at the Chancery and other Mission locations as required.<\/li>\n<li>Direct supervision by the ILMS Stock Clerk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Evaluations<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of one year of experience working in a warehousing, inventory, or property management role is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION:-<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Completion of Secondary School is required.<br \/>\nNote: Please upload all copies of your Education under \u201cHigh School Diploma or equivalent\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Evaluations:<\/p>\n<p><strong>LANGUAGE:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Level 3 (Good working knowledge) Speaking\/Reading\/Writing Amharic is required. This may be tested.<br \/>\n(You are required to pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to set priorities; must be able to closely follow instructions and schedules; must have good organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Must be capable of performing moderately arduous work, including heavy lifting up to 25 pounds unassisted.<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to operate the types of material handling equipment utilized in Embassy warehousing operations.<\/li>\n<li>Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.<\/li>\n<li>Must have a valid 2nd or Auto Ethiopian driver\u2019s license for a minimum of 5 years and be able to operate a manual transmission (stick-shift) vehicle.
