Scope of work:

Responsible for the Ethio Telecom maintenance project delivery;
Responsible for maintenance team set up;
Responsible for maintenance project SLA achievement;
Responsible for customer satisfaction;
Maintain the good relationship with customer.

 

Requirement:

At least 1 year experience in telecom network maintenance job;
Familiar with at least 1 product in telecom network;
Understand the normal troubleshooting flow;
Know how to improve the network quality and SLA;
Good at english speaking and writing;
Good leadership capability
