Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to join our team. If you have previous experience in inventory management, stock control and store supervision, this is the job for you.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Monitors and maintains current inventory levels, closely follow up on incoming and outgoing goods and raw materials
Managing and overseeing the inventory, warehouse operations, and keeping records of operations
Prepare regular reports of inventory status
Documentation of incoming and outgoing products
Managing subordinate staff and ensuring a smooth flow of operations
Coordinate with the logistics department for fleet arrangements to have timely delivery
Records purchases, maintains the database, perform a physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock
Assess incoming goods and vet the quality and reject defects where necessary and report to the line manager
Other additional duties assigned by the line manager
Requirements:

  • Diploma or BA/BSc in Accounting, Management, Logistics, and Supply Chain Management or any relevant field
  • At least 2-3 years experience as Store Supervisor, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, or a similar role
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
