Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in the field and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. This position will be based in Tafo and offers a competitive salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the company’s cost and budgeting processes.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and variances from budget.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on cost-saving measures.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5-6 years of experience in manufacturing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial regulations.
