Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Review and process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Analyze variances and provide explanations for any discrepancies.
  • Develop and implement financial controls and procedures.
  • Provide support to management in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
  • Maintain and update financial records and systems.
  • Communicate with other departments and external partners to ensure that financial information is accurate and timely.
  • Perform other accounting and financial tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
