Duty Summary
Marketing Officer are tasked to support virtually every aspect of marketing work. They will work collaboratively with other marketing teams and help them to achieve targets and customer satisfaction. A Junior Marketing Officer will support the planning and managing of marketing activities and will work with the marketing team to develop customer-related materials by conducting market research, creating marketing deliverables, and monitoring campaign performance
Duty and Responsibilities:
1. Planning, presenting and executing tasks on his/her own and working with the team
2 Follow up of outsourced tasks & advertisement placements
3 Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
4. Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
5. Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social, print etc.)
6. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
7. See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
8. Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
9. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
10. Support marketing and sales executives in organizing various projects
11. Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
12. Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
13. Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their
success
14. Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
15. Experience in marketing budget management and allocation
16. Experience with marketing agency relations management
Job Requirements:
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant field
- Minimum 5+ Years of related experience
Knowledge Requirements :
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Creativity and commercial awareness
- Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
- Excellent knowledge of MS Oe and marketing software (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google AdWords
- Google Analytics, and Social Media Ads. Management Tools
online and off linemarketing trends etc. experience are highly appreciated
