Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and well-rounded research analyst to join YES | Your Employment Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting research in a variety of fields, analyzing data, and developing strategies to support our organizational activities.

Here are some of the key responsibilities you’ll take on in this role:

  • Conduct research on local and international HR best practices, labor market trends, and industry benchmarks
  • Assisting with the design and implementation of research studies and projects
  • Analyze data and create reports to identify key insights and trends
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR strategies and programs
  • Assist in the development and delivery of YES’ training materials and presentations
  • Assist in the management of client projects, including project planning and tracking
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of YES’ research and development processes

 

So, what do we need from you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2 years of research and analytics experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, project management applications, and Statistical Software (SPSS, SAS, or R)
  • Data visualization software
  • Self-driven; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in HR, consulting, or research is a plus
