Research Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented research analyst to join YES | Your Employment Solutions. The successful
candidate will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and developing strategies to support our organizational
activities.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conduct research on local and intensively HR best practices, labor market trends, and industry benchmarks
● Assisting with the design and implementation of research studies and projects
● Analyze data and create reports to identify key insights and trends
● Collaborate with team members to develop and implement HR strategies and programs
● Assist in the development and delivery of YES’ training materials and presentations
● Assist in the management of client projects, including project planning and tracking
● Contribute to the continuous improvement of YES’ research and development processes

Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related field
● 2 years of research and analytics experience
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace, project management applications
● Statistical Software (SPSS, SAS or R)
● Data visualization software
● Self driven; ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Previous experience in HR, consulting, or research is a plus
